For a thrilling read with fully developed, love-ably “evil” characters, Six of Crows is a book I recommend to anyone and everyone who loves fantasy novels.
This book was light, addictive, and YA age-appropriate. If you are looking for an effortless read, this is perfect and easy to read in an afternoon.
This book was a brilliant idea with poor execution. I’m frustrated by both the plot holes and themes, and I suggest you read it with very low expectations.
I was so naively hopeful about this ending. A heartwrenching, incredible backstory for the Queen of Hearts that put me in a book depression for weeks.
This was clearly an “intro” book with only one major event, but overall a satisfyingly good story and start to a series I’ve been eagerly waiting for.
This series may not be high fantasy, but they’re definitely worth reading for their pure addictive entertainment factor. I cannot wait to see what happens.
